Who is Kirby Jones & Company, LLC?

It's me, Stacy Kirby-Jones! I am the heart and mind behind Kirby Jones & Company, LLC, where I serve as owner and chief consultant, specializing in small business consulting services. As an entrepreneur, I am passionate about supporting small businesses and forging connections with fellow business owners to help them navigate the complexities of starting and growing their company.

My professional journey began in education as a 4th grade teacher nurturing young minds before transitioning into Human Resource leadership roles with organizations to include Polo Ralph Lauren, Jackson Hewitt/Tax Services of America, and Gilbarco Veeder-Root, Inc.

My entrepreneurial journey began with KinderNoggin, a 5-star preschool that I successfully started, scaled, and sold, and which continues to thrive today. Selling a profitable business gave me the freedom and confidence to try new ventures. Now, I own ProValuations, LLC, a real estate appraisal firm where I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. 

With a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Mathematics from North Carolina Central University and certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society for Human Resource Management, I bring a unique blend of educational insight and corporate acumen to my consulting practice. 

Having navigated the highs and lows of my own entrepreneurial journey, my passion lies in supporting solopreneurs and small business owners by providing the encouragement and guidance I sought after along the way. Above all, I’m driven to build meaningful connections and support fellow entrepreneurs, finding immense fulfillment in contributing to their success stories. I hope my practical experience and enthusiasm for small businesses can guide others toward success.
